• Are E911 services included?
    E911 services are billed seperately and are an added service.
  • Are there setup fees?
    Set up fee of $25.00 per phone may be charged depending on plan.
  • Are 800 numbers available?
    Yes. 800 numbers are billed at a per minute rate of .04 per minute.
  • Is number porting available?
    Number porting is available and is charged $25 per number. Number porting can take up to 4-6 weeks.
  • Do you have wholesale rates?
    Wholesale rates are available.
  • What about multiple locations?
    No additoinal charges for multiple locations.
  • Can I use my own phone ?
    Yes in most cases you can, you still may be subject to a set up fee and may be required to send us the phone for configuration with our system.
  • Can I use my own Analog phone?
    Yes, in most cases you will be able to use your own phone however you would need to purchase an analog adapter.
  • What are the call rates?
    Call rates are bases on U.S. and Canada outbound, International rates change depending on country and will be billed per market rates.
  • What is the contract term ?
    There currently is no term with our service, it is month to month.
